Real Estate From Trash To Treasure

When you have the right research AND already understand the full capabilities of you and your team, a lot of things can happen in your favor and happen a lot more quickly. The links below have only two of thousands of current examples.

There are times in real estate when the “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” theory can be made to happen. Being “first in” on creating and executing one of them could lead to thousands or millions of dollars. The first story linked below is about dealing with the acquisition of a large group of foreclosed residences. They happen to be in the San Francisco Bay area, which contains many of the highest property values on the mainland. Being able to buy low and rent or sell “high” is huge when you have the information and expertise to execute. The second story reviews a seemingly hopeless property that literally nobody came to bid on because of problems associated with it. What that tells me is that someone producing a solution they need to be a part of could get themselves a great deal.

Closely exploring what rental or leasing rates are in the area, and comparing against the costs needed to acquire and renovate requires hours of research. There is also the matter of hiring the right contractors and affiliated services in addition to the professionals needed to properly implement the acquisition and manage the project.

If you understand what to look for, and have your team in place, planning for the negotiations and execution should fall into place. My team and I are here to help throughout the process while you and your team continue with your current projects. A few hundred or thousand dollars now could set up for thousands or millions in the not-too-distant future!
