How flexible is my ability to schedule regular session times?

We do our best to consistently fit your schedule. If you need daily sessions, we can plan for the same time each day. Weekly sessions can be held at the same chosen day and time. Note that when scheduling multiple sessions there may be evening or Saturday times made available.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?

Your meeting will be conducted via a private Zoom link which will allow for screen sharing if you choose. If you wish, we will record your call and provide you with it for future reference. Typically they are virtual but if you are within proximity of our Chicago area office we may be able to accommodate you in-person.

What if the information we need to share is confidential?

We are typically fine with signing a NDA or Confidentiality Agreement or an agreement regarding specifics for a project upon request. However, we rarely find this action necessary since our sessions are geared toward coaching, training, and discussing the inner workings of a possible transaction or opportunity.

Can we adjust sessions to include different skills and projects?

Yes! How we spend our time within each session is your decision. We have helped clients working on multiple projects simultaneously many times over the years. There are times we discuss research, the proposal, and then the public speaking part of making the presentation successful within the same session.

Will you hold me accountable from your training?

Our experts like holding people accountable. The advice and strategies we share and discuss need to be effective for all concerned to succeed. We often include elements like our being included in email and direct mail campaigns to ensure they are being received and are properly prepared.

Is there a guarantee of success?

Because there is professional time involved, we cannot legally guarantee success, just as you cannot guarantee a property will sell, and so on. However, we have done additional sessions at no cost for clients able to demonstrate how they need additional help. We love it when clients hold us accountable.
